Liquid Intake will help your skin to reduce dead cells & heat levels.

• Second best tip is to keep away from spicy, salty & fried snack, salt raises dehydration effects on your skin.Eat healthy diet. You should add seasonal fresh fruits in your diet plans. • Do not forget to apply sunscreen. skin experts recommend that never apply a sun screen less than SPF 15 in summer .SPF 15 is fine but if u have very fair skin with pale complexion ,aged, deep wrinkles or have red hair then your sun screen's SPF should never be less than SPF 50.

• To exfoliate your skin is the best option to remove dead skin and makes your face more fresh & healthy looking. You need to exfoliate your face once in a week & your skin will go find a dramatic healthy difference. It looks more fresh and radiant.
